The Boston Massacre was an important event in the history of the United States, leading to the American Revolution. This event drew attention to the unfair ways in which British soldiers treated the colonists. The English treated the colonists unfairly by taxing them and using their homes for shelter and food. They used them as food by having them prepare meals for them to eat and if the settler was a farmer with horses they took the horses too. I will talk about the famous lawyer John Adams and other events that happened in the Boston Massacre. On the evening of March 5, 1770, a group of boys approached a British soldier. The soldier was alone, so the boys thought he would be an easy target to target. The children approached the soldier and started insulting him and throwing objects at him. The soldier got angry and started yelling at the children, asking them to stop. A group of settlers saw the soldier yelling at the children and started crowding him.
