Describing the impact of this video, in this present moment, causes a confusing emotional experience. Previously held intuitive expectations and assumptions about personal knowledge and skills have changed. This shift from a narcissistic notion of oneself as a therapist to a greater understanding of how this disposition creates limitations, limiting self-discovery and personal self-awareness. Unknowingly blinded by this narcissism, realized through this experience and humbly accepted with enthusiasm and motivation to open up. This sort of epiphany, received and examined, activates a catalyst for change. This message, delivered eloquently and subliminally, surprises and is welcomed. A new sense of humility overwhelms and gives rise to new possibilities awakened within. This emotional reaction momentarily experienced is varied and less complicated than currently expressed. Overwhelmed by an unexpected emotion, these feelings begin to awaken inside, this personal experience awakens something deep in the heart. An awakening to the fact that experience is a lifelong, useful and propulsive journey. This never-ending journey, waiting for this new sense of self or search for “I” as James Bugental+ would have expressed it, is just beginning here, in this experience. The impact of this display of humanistic-existential theories cannot easily be described with precision. This awareness of unequivocally influenced existence has changed and grown radically. Discussion of the proven theory. Watching James Bugental demonstrate this approach caused various internal reactions. At first, this reaction included intrigue and surprise. Looking at this demonstration of this theory wrongly seemingly easy to understand, caused by a great influence... middle of paper..., and approach, and search for skills in applicability for client work. There has been a quest to refine and enhance cultivated presence and expansiveness within therapeutic and personal contexts. The feelings regarding this theory and James Bugental are undoubtedly emotional and profound and have changed the course of this journey and influenced self-concept and personal growth. This innovative and radical approach, expressed so masterfully and courageously by a self-actualized innovator ahead of his time, gave rise to a contemporary approach to psychology and left lasting impressions of hope, potential, and growth.
