K-mart Parking Ride No one in their right mind would think that the K-mart parking lot is a great place to have fun for a day. Most people would wonder why my friends and I go there on Saturdays and Sundays. Although scheduling is sometimes an issue, the K-mart parking lot is my favorite place because this is where my friends and I visit, enjoy good food, and race remote control cars. Sometimes scheduling can be a big problem, and friends will decline for many reasons. Some people miss a day of work that week due to a doctor's appointment or family emergency, so they have to make up those days on a weekend. Other times, their car may have broken down and they need to fix it. If they don't have enough gas, they won't have enough fuel to run their remote control cars. Friends who have a battery-powered car may be having trouble because their charger burned out the night before and they have no way to recharge their batteries. Their batteries may also have exploded or imploded and they don't have the money to buy new ones. In some cases they fried their appliances...
