(2014), “HR teams play an important role in driving and promoting collaboration between their teams, this includes ensuring their companies are set up for success by operating at global and facing multiple challenges in the ever-changing and, at times, volatile business world” (Mote, 2011, para.9). Nowadays, human resource management includes “planning, implementation and hiring management, as well as selection, training, career and organizational development initiatives within an organization" (Mote, 2011).
