These types of leaders are not afraid, they are not even afraid to present their ideas and thoughts, and they have excellent skills in persuading their followers. They are charismatic leaders who have people who want to identify with them and trust them. A good example of a charismatic leader is Adolf Hitler. Just like many other leaders, Hitler worked his way up to become a great leader for the German people during World War II. Although he did not have a positive influence on people or sympathize with people during his "reign", Hitler, however, managed to attract crowds to his ideas, and therefore had many people who feared and respected him. The quality that makes Hitler a great example of a charismatic leader is the fact that he was confident in his ability to direct his people towards hatred of the Jews. He also had a vision to make things better or worse, in his case he made things worse for other nations. The important point is that he had a vision and he carried out his plan. Furthermore, Hitler had great communication skills and a willingness to see visions become reality. It is qualities like these that gave Hitler a prominent place in history and to be known as the Führer
