INTRODUCTION In the society we live in we cannot survive without communication. It is not just limited to humans, but animals also communicate with each other to convey information to each other. There are different forms of communication but they vary based on the message delivered or the sender and recipient. Communication is important in every relationship and without proper communication; people can easily disagree or be misled due to lack thereof or assumptions. DISCUSSIONCommunication is the exchange of information and this can occur through speech, the use of certain means or writing. As technology advances, the way of communicating and communicating also becomes easier and faster. Communicating is also a means of sending and receiving information and there are computers and one of the latest technological advances, Skype and satellite televisions. The act of one person providing the information is the sender while the other person is the receiver of the message. It is not a guarantee that the recipient will decode the message correctly and this can be demonstrated by the action the recipient takes after receiving the message. Therefore, the sender must encode the message in such a way as to be sure that the recipient decodes it correctly. Message can be the use of words, behaviors to express information, sounds or signs and these all serve to express ideas, feelings or thoughts. Communication is fundamental in the learning process, to communicate effectively it is necessary to have learned the communication method. Learning makes it easier to send a message and package the information so that the recipient understands the message when they decode it and take the required action. Many people… middle of the paper… more may be able to better understand a certain problem and find an effective solution. To improve communication, within an organization always improve listening skills. Many people want to talk, but not many want to listen. CONCLUSION Listening always overcomes people's defenses and when you listen, communication is more effective and healthier.
