Due to budget cuts, children will have reduced emotional awareness and will be less able to express their emotions in healthy ways. Their literacy and critical thinking skills will not be up to par, and students will not be as capable and willing to start and finish their work. Children will not be as socialized and will not have awareness of different people and customs. All in all, the government should stop cutting funding for arts education just because it wants more standardized testing
