The Authority replaced Sully after creating a new generation of revolutionary solutions to generate energy from a source other than the screams and laughter of human children, which creates 10 times more energy compared to the bad previous method. Business leaders must be able to try completely new ways of doing things and think outside the box, Monsters Inc. was originally founded with the purpose of scaring children, but when Sully and Mike realized that laughter was much more powerful , the entire business model was replaced. The result is a brighter, ethical, pleasant and much more fun future for everyone, including children, who become happy and an extraordinary increase in business productivity, many times in a year, this is Sully's touch in the new management and creative way of running the company to maximum capacity.Sully stops at the end of the film when Mike talks about the power of the human child's laughter and comes up with a completely new idea to replace an unethical active model without losing profitability but actually bringing to a prosperous future. All employees live happily and become super productive, creating their own ways to make a child laugh after entertaining him and live a life full of joy. Equally important, discussing some of the issues mentioned in the film with employees could be an interesting ethics workshop and led to a better understanding of the standard code of ethics by each company separately. To the extent that the film approaches the topic of whistleblowers as the right thing to do, encouraging children to tell the truth at all times is an honorable mission to learn and grow with. As we sometimes learn from children, the target market for this film was to give children an ethical education... middle of paper... with their own mentality and controlling their armies with deep psychotic leadership and creating global hatred towards their nations due to their tragic crimes. Goals have never justified how we behave, and we must always observe the truth and adopt ethical behavior and socially accepted behaviors and terms. After all, I would like to express my feelings after watching and analyzing this film, it is intimately interested in the ethical issues depicted in the film and how they were resolved.
