We use high quality coffee beans and blend them in our shop to make sure it can keep the flavor 100%, especially Blend Coffee. The quality and value of the wide variety of light, healthy meals offered by Breaking Time's may not be matched by other competitors such as Canteen or some nearby cafes. We also provide high facilities and good services for customers, such as air conditioning, free wifi and music. Besides that, we create a comfortable environment and space for people to sleep briefly during the break. Owners and Experiences All five owners graduated from EIU in various majors. We have the skills and experience needed to manage the café, respond to customer needs and address changing customer preferences. It may take time, but it is the best way to communicate with customers, especially EIU students and staff, and to improve the quality of products and services. Promotions We provide several promotional strategies to encourage customers: • We offer loyalty cards to customers who frequently purchase our coffee.
