INTRODUCTION 1.1 Definition and description A beautician is the main term for makeup artist/nail technician/hair colorist and many other different beauty-related jobs. Beauticians can work in many different places, such as: cosmetics stores, salons/spas, photography studios, television and film.1.2 Objectives This report is to inform people about what a beautician is and what they do. This report will discuss the definition and description of being a beauty therapist and the history about it. Also looking at how much you would be paid, summary of what you would do and what you could get out of life as a beauty therapist.2. DISCUSSION2.1 HistoryThe things we do in these generations are nothing compared to what women did for beauty in the past. For example, to remove unwanted hair from the 14th to the mid-17th century, women used quicklime... that's the stuff gangs use to dissolve bodies! It's hard to believe, but being pale has been all the rage throughout history, up until this century. And women did everything they could to give their skin a beautiful white tone, the things they also did... middle of paper... from the bottom to the top. You may not get a big paycheck at the end of the week, but knowing that you made someone happy and made them feel amazing is what you will get most of at the end of the day.
