The fourth part of this paper suggests that codification will increase individuals' awareness of their responsibilities and rights.II. Another judge refused to release a well-known doctor from the guardianship of his abusive father on the grounds that the family's tribal ties overrode a woman's right to be released from her father's custody. Furthermore, it is not clear which rules will be applied and enforced in each case. Codifying these rules will create certainty and predictability. Codification will also ensure clarity in judicial application of the law and eliminate tribal customs.
