New discoveries are made every day and require a different approach, therefore it cannot be said that I feel comfortable, I have been doing the same thing for years, why change now . We must be proactive and open to learning new things for the sake of patient knowledge, safety, and outcomes. The future of nursing cannot be like the present, something has to change and I am ready to be part of this change.
