STATEMENT OF PURPOSE Name: Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in computer science Course aspiration: MS in computer Fascination for science and technology and keen interest in the ever-growing world motivated by technology get me started engineering. The power of research and its contribution to the growth of society is what makes me interested in the technological side of science. I choose to specialize in Computer Engineering with an intense desire to delve deeper into this challenging field. During my degree course I learned the various fundamentals of Computer Engineering which together with the practical work of the courses strengthened my interest. 'Research is creating new knowledge', as mentioned, since I was a child I have always been interested in experimenting on things , even on the smallest radio set in my house was a huge miracle for me as a child. Exploring the parts of it was a great learning. Thus began my interest in technology, which led me to participate and win various science fairs held during my school years. I ranked FIRST in the SIR CVRAMAN test as an outstanding student in Science. Being one of the best students in my school, I scored 77%, which was one of the best grades listed, in my X Standard. Due to the same affinity towards mathematics, science and research in general, I opted for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as my main subjects in high school (XII standard), where I scored top marks with 91%. I got state rank 340 among 250,000 students in Engineering Common Entrance Examination (EAMCET), the only entrance exam for admission to undergraduate colleges in the state. I also got All India Rank of 107... middle of the paper... advanced computing, with specific reference to computer programming. I therefore believe that I will have to return to the academic world to grow further and achieve some more goals. I am fully aware that your curriculum requires me to call upon all my resources and I declare that I have the commitment, intelligence and stamina necessary to look forward to doing everything. I believe that my experience working on various projects combined with my professional work ethic will not disappoint your expectations. I am convinced that my study in your department would be a meaningful and rewarding experience in achieving my life goal.
