Students should feel confident enough to open up. This is why it is important that there is openness between students and teachers. Students can't connect with you and share themselves with you if you don't do the same. Learning can't happen if students don't connect with you. It should be a place where students feel comfortable sharing their ideas and points of view. Also, there should be a feeling of love. Students should feel that they are cared for as a whole, not just their passing
