Although he was impeached for his decision, he was still sworn in as president. Clinton went to college at Georgetown, Oxford University, then went to Yale to study law. He was still very well educated, but still made terrible decisions in some aspects of his life. Knowledge is not something that simply comes from being educated. It's true that knowledge about certain topics can be learned in school, but everyone needs a little common sense. Sleeping with another woman inside the White House probably has to be one of the most ignorant moves a person can make. Despite studying at three of the world's most prestigious universities, Clinton did not acquire the knowledge necessary to resist the temptation of another woman while married. Most people would agree that he wasn't the best president, regardless of the matter, but that's an entirely different topic.
