Obesity is the condition in which body fat exceeds the limit and leads to an effect on the health of the body. Obesity and overweight have become a global problem in the last decade. Did you know that the United States of America has the highest obesity rate in the world? So how much do you know about obesity? You should know how obesity is measured? Obesity is difficult to measure. The best measurement we have is BMI or Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women. The symptoms of obesity are shortness of breath or in other words the inability to breathe properly. Since obese and overweight people are very large, moving and walking is very difficult for them, so fat people have to breathe slowly. Another symptom of obesity is high blood pressure. High blood pressure is caused by fat, and the bulk of the load pressurizes the arteries so that they build up resistance, thereby decreasing normal blood flow and causing the heart to pump more blood, causing high blood pressure. Diabetes is one of the causes that arise from obesity and can be destructive and can even lead to death. Diabetes develops when glucose cannot enter the body's cells, which happens when there is not enough insulin. Many obese people have joint problems due to excessive weight on the joints. Sleep apnea, or sleep problems that interrupt sleep by stopping breathing for a short time. Cancer is one of the symptoms or effects for obese people. Men have a higher risk than women of having colon and prostate cancers. Overweight people can also experience psychosocial effects and depression. Many people think that obese people are lazy and weak, this gives disadvantages to those who weigh too much... half a paper... a lot of money a day. Experts believe that if current trends continue by 2015, approximately 2.3 billion adults will be overweight and more than 700 million will be obese. The scale of the obesity problem has a number of serious consequences for individuals and public health systems. Adults ages 8 to 18 spend an average of 7.5 hours a day using entertainment media, including TV, computers, video games, cell phones, and movies, and only one-third of high school students perform at levels recommended physical activity. Many people don't realize how much obesity can damage your body and overall health. Obesity and overweight are very serious things and have negative effects on the human body and can lead to diseases that cannot be cured and can lead to death, but there are treatments for this problem before reaching this level by exercising two or three times a week to avoid becoming obese.
