Transportation is one of the most important things in our life today. If there were no transportation, would we have been able to travel from one place to another so easily? Knowing that public transportation is available every few minutes and hours, would we have been able to travel far and back? As a result, imagining life without transportation seems quite impossible. Traveling to work, school, home or anywhere else is becoming a rapidly growing problem that requires attention. People find it very difficult to travel from one place to another due to the many problems involved. As a result, being able to provide our communities with public transportation choices and/or alternatives can prove very beneficial to the public. Public transport surrounds us wherever we are, but sometimes we don't even notice it. In fact, there are many different types of public transport services such as buses, subways, taxis, Barts and even trains. Of course, public transport is not free but it is certainly much more convenient for those with little income. There are many advantages and even disadvantages when we rely on someone else for transportation. Some public transportation like the Bart is cheap because the government helps cover some of the costs and doesn't make the customer pay more out of pocket. I personally had a lot of experience with public transportation because I commuted to work every day from Tracy to San Francisco. My personal experiences with public transportation have taught me that I have gone through good and bad times just like other commuters. Offering public transport can be recognized as a very beneficial factor for the public because it safeguards... half of paper... .... can be easily solved by having a patrol pass through the train to ensure that there is no one left behind inside for an excessive period of time. Overall, public transportation systems may already be running efficiently, however with a couple more changes, we can create a much safer environment where public commuters can get around without any hassle or issue. We can make public transport more controlled for safety so that more people can use it as a means of traveling from one place to another. This can be proven to be a very beneficial factor for the people, the government and also the environment. Therefore, I believe the government should provide more funding to make public transport as reliable as possible and offer public transport as a cheap, fast and consistent way to get to school, work, home or any other destination..
