Adam Lanza, plagued by mental health issues and his parents' divorce, also reportedly played violent video games every day , for hours and hours" (Rebecca Hagelin, 2013, p.5). According to Anderson and Bushman (2001) lack of parental supervision has become the main problem why children draw their attention more towards violent video games than towards studying for the test. As researchers analyze the statistics, most of the parents prove irresponsible towards their children who are willing to buy video games and children are more careless and get into the habit of watching violent videos
