For example, my proposal to take a photo would limit cars to reasonable speeds using GPS and discourage removal of the device, but at the same time law-abiding people will not have to fear any punishment. I think speed cameras would do their job, but they could also cause some problems like accidents because drivers are distracted while checking their speed. But these two solutions coupled would make it so that people wouldn't have to check their speedometer because they know they're under the speed limit and the government could look and make sure there are actually no bugs and that the devices aren't breaking or malfunctioning. . While speeding is not the leading cause of accidents in America, it is certainly a huge risk to have these reckless drivers on the road.
