Leadership is both an area of research and a practical skill, concerned with the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or lead other individuals, teams or entire organizations. Leadership cannot be defined with just one word but with action. I have seen the development within myself through my volunteer service. Leadership is both an area of research and a practical opportunity to share the ability gained as an individual, including through my organizations, to lead or guide other individual team members who have a common goal. Volunteering in ecclesial organizations corresponds to my need to be of service to others. As I volunteered at Fallbrook Church, in return I was served, guided, nurtured, and challenged through the process. I have been The foundation is rooted in brotherhood, classroom and weekly community contact services. The foundation of the church is community service, my pastor has established and shared the vision of supporting each other through community service, this has been seen through repeated efforts to support community functions, computers, computing community, Education, community resources in collaboration and in adopting a shared vision has allowed me to support the growth of the little ones. I have seen children come into class sometimes shy, unsure or scared, not knowing that their surroundings were comforted by the service. Having played a role in their development over the course of a year is rewarding. Participating in a shared vision by caring for the education of a child from one to two years old is rewarding. Knowing that my time is valued and desired includes me in the shared vision the church has for the future. I continually learn and grow in my leadership roles by applying knowledge gained through education and experience. The real application I will continue to shape how I launch the action. demonstrate the qualities that continue to support and inspire a shared vision by enlisting others to challenge the process to continue teaching the next generation morals, values and beliefs.
