A skill that not everyone has. For example, assigning jobs because a person is nice or funny is a sign of poor delegation skills, yet people do things like this every day within the workforce. However, delegated leaders are a leadership style that provides a strong method for work environments where strong skills are needed, for example, first responders work together and can give specific instructions, however in many of the scenarios they face requires quick thinking with little time to do so.
