Topic > Marketing mix for home business - 755

AbstractThe purpose of this document is to explain the four elements of the marketing mix which are: product, place, price and promotion. I will also implement each element with the company's marketing strategies. The organization I will be using is Sandy's Day Care. In my organization I had child care services from newborns to eleven years old. Opening hours ranged from 5.30am to 6pm. From Monday to Friday and Saturday only on request. I will explain the marketing strategies applied in my home business, which has been successful for over five years, with an income of six thousand dollars a month. Marketing 3Marketing Mix PaperThe first strategy is that the product is to develop the right good or service for the company customers. including package layout, trade name and contract with educational support. The demonstrated service is quality childcare with an experienced provider and extensive early childhood education background. The daycare will provide two healthy meals a day and two snacks at no additional cost. Which are recommended and approved by the department of health and nutrition. The daycare center also provided preschool education based on a classroom setting. The children were also organized trips or day trips at least twice a month. Other activities such as swimming and dancing are available, but only at parents' expense. After-school programs are available, with homework assistance and a snack. All services provided are clearly stated in the daycare package for clients to review, including contracts, rules and all forms needed to be eligible for the program. The second strategy is location, which is very important because of the location. My daycare was off the highway and on the way to downtown San Diego and the Naval Base by 32 seconds. The naval base was a vital part of my business because all of my clients were in the Navy. My location was only 15 minutes from the base and downtown. My daycare was in my house; so it was very clean and had a warm, family atmosphere for the kids. I had a large yard with lots of toys and things for the kids to do. All meals were home cooked and very healthy. Pricing, being the third strategy, was based on whether it was a full-time or part-time daycare. Then it was full time $70.
