Executive Summary VVVF drives used to control the speed of LIM, many industrial automations around the world such as train drives, automatic doors, moving walkways, elevators and escalators, etc., varying the speed of the drive can save energy compared to other flow control techniques. This interim report prepared to detail how to design and build the LabVIEW simulation structure for linear induction motor speed control and explain the characteristics of V/F speed control for Induction motor obtains data from LabVIEW. The simulation design and implementation consists of two parts, the first part is the simulation of LED indicator for motor speed recognition, and part 2 is the simulation of V/F speed control of linear induction motor. First, design a control function in the LabVIEW front panel, use it for a control system interface, and show the LED indicator for frequency variable speed control. Second, build a block panel simulation module, whose feature on the palette indicates frequency calculations. After setting the frequency value by rotating the “Frequency Variable” knob, the value will be sent to the Logics used. It is an easy-to-use human-machine interface design software.
