Topic > Discrimination against Jews - 833

Are Jews the most racially discriminated against? The hatred is continuous. It seems to find its way into a person's body. So it is used to create uncomfortable situations. This is exactly what has happened to the Jewish people since the beginning of their creation. Slaves in Egypt, Slaves of the Nazis, Slaves of Hate. They have no respite. Many think that the only major act of discrimination against Jews occurred years ago, when World War II ended, but this is not true. From the dawn of civilization until today, and well into the future, Jews have to deal with being bullied and hated in the world. The Holocaust: An event that took the lives of 6 million Jews is undoubtedly the largest act of genocide and discrimination in the history of the world. Jews were rounded up, enslaved, and killed in terrible ways. There is no other event in the history of the earth that has caused so many victims; intentionally planned in a way intended to do so. Hitler managed to persuade almost all of his country, when he took over the government, that the Jews were the enemy; that they were responsible if Germany was the way it was. The hatred grew and grew, until it reached the point where a plan was put into action: kill the Jews, fix Germany. Synagogues burned, shops burned, lives burned. Jews were not the only ones targeted, the list included: gypsies, disabled people, gays, blacks and Jews. It's really amazing how people can come to such a simple conclusion that a single group of people is responsible for everything bad in their life. Acts against Jews were also occurring in America during this period. What were they? Small acts where individuals were targeted. Being Jewish, I had great grandparents who grew up at the time of the Holocaust. I... halfway down the paper... the answer, considering all the past acts registered against them, and those happening now, is yes. No matter what happens, there is always hatred for the Jews. There is always a "reason" to blame them for everything bad. It all comes down to greed and ignorance. The ignorant are the ones who follow the greedy and, in reality, they are the ones who are making the world a difficult place to live in.
