Testicular cancer Cells within the testicle usually grow in a controlled manner, but occasionally they grow abnormally causing the testicles to change in shape and size. With the help of the pituitary gland, the main male sex hormone by which testosterone is produced is vital in man's anatomy, the testes help a man to produce sperm which makes them a very vital organ in the reproductive system of a man what isThis type of cancer occurs in men, affects the testicles and is most commonly known to affect males between the ages of 15 and 44. Types Germ cell testicular cancer is said to be the most common type of testicular cancer in men. This type of cancer is responsible for 95% of all incidents in the UK. This type of cancer is divided into two types: non-seminomas responsible for a full 40% of all reported cases while seminomas responsible for a whopping 60%. Qualitative & Quantitative Statistics • Each year in Great Britain, around 2,100 men are diagnosed with testicular cancer. • Incidence rates of testicular cancer are increasing in men. • Usually affects young or middle-aged men.• Treatment for testicular cancer is very effective and almost all men recover.• Like other cancers, it is not infectious and cannot be passed to other people.2. Factors influencing health promotion planning and related...... half of the article ......testicular cancer is a big problem in my area.8. How data/information would be produced during or after the activity Ask people to fill out questionnaires at the end of the football match with a series of different questions. Also to ask some people to answer surveys. I will also interview some people about how they thought about testicular cancer advertising.9. The intended evaluation of the event including reference to the principle of good practiceQualitative research I had questionnaires, surveys answered and interviewed some people. I would also use primary research to understand whether my campaign was successful or not. If I were to do this campaign again, I would advertise on billboards in universities, schools and workplaces. I would also advertise on television and try to convince a famous football player to support my campaign.
