Many parents do not get enough sleep at night because they are always taking care of their children's needs. That's why nearly half of all children with moderate to severe physical disabilities have persistent sleep problems, and many of these children need parental attention at night. According to the article by Mörelius, E. and H. Hemmingsson, “Parents of children with physical disabilities – Perceived health in parents in relation to the child's sleep problems and need for attention at night”, mothers can suffer from poor health, spending more hours at night -wakefulness, disturbed sleep, headaches and including psychological breakdowns than fathers, as well as higher levels of stress due to the emotional, social and personal demands associated with caring for their disabled children. As indicated in the article “Caring for a disabled child at home: the parents' point of view”, written by Annette Koshti-Richman, it is stated that parents of newborns receive virtuous advice on the importance of a good night's sleep, but parents of disabled children are unable to maintain a sleep routine. And another concern that parents face is having a stable and adequate financial situation
