Australia has two different large indigenous groups which are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, the first peoples of Australia, and these two different groups have cultures, different worldviews and origins with different experiences of colonization over the past 222 years (Chino et al. 2010). Due to these periods of colonization, substantial inequalities in health have existed, including child health, life expectancy, chronic and communicable diseases, and mental health between Indigenous Australians and non-Indigenous Australians (Calma 2005) . Based on this fact, the Australian Government aims to improve accessibility to effective health services for Indigenous peoples, with the aim of closing the gap between Indigenous Australians and non-Indigenous Australians in terms of health (Anderson et al. 2007; Cunningham 2009). To achieve a better health environment for Indigenous Australians, it is critical to analyze approaches to health services for Indigenous Australians, comparing them with other countries, particularly in New Zealand, Canada and the United States of America, where they have led to positive health outcomes in the health of their Aboriginal populations. Statistically, 2.4% of the total population is made up of the total Aboriginal populations, made up of 90% Aboriginal, 6% Torres Strait Islander and 4% Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Australia. 14.5% of the total population of New Zealand is Maori, 3.3% of the total Canadian population is Aboriginal, and less than 1.5% of the total population of the United States is American Indian. While these four countries have a distinctive culture, legal rights and history, they share a similar history of colonization and poor health and social conditions among Aboriginal minorities (Anderson et al. 200...... half of paper.... . .cators of performance development (Cunningham 2009).To conclude, the high burden of poor health status among Aboriginal populations is significant in colonized countries such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States of which above Quality of health among Indigenous peoples is not simply the absence of disease or illness and cannot be established simply through statistics or measurements (Anderson et al. 2007; Cunningham 2009). historical eras achieve the current health status of indigenous Australians (Keleher, Reynolds & Willis 2011) Comparison of patterns and trends in different international contexts is also compromised, in order to achieve positive health outcomes by overcoming the limitations of current health systems and limited (Anderson et al).. 2007).
