I was able to help the people in the office and patients of all ages and backgrounds. I want to be able to learn from the experiences and perspectives of others to have a better outlook on life. Working as a dermatologist will satisfy my need for variable interactions. I want to pass on my knowledge in dermatology to patients and also learn from them. My biggest concern for my career is that I will not be able to communicate effectively with the patient to ensure they know the importance of their skin problem. That's why I will continue to volunteer in the medical field to improve my social skills. After earning my bachelor's degree in Biology and passing the MCAT, I will be accepted into a medical school for four years and begin an internship to increase my chances of eligibility for the dermatology specialty.
