Motivation is very involved in behaviorism since from the behavioral approaches of Watson, Pavlov and Skinner, understanding student motivation starts from incentives and rewards. Receiving a reward is an important stimulus as a result of behavior (Woolfolk et al. 2013). Furthermore, Dan Pink (2009) identified that companies provide rewards to stimulate business, which actually increases efficiency, however, overly focusing on rewards that make the right hemisphere work, consequently restricts left hemisphere creativity .
