By studying and critically analyzing works of different publications and applications providing similar services offered in my project, it was revealed that there are many gaps in their approach to problem I'm working on in my project. There are many service delivery platforms in different parts of the world, but their projects are based on online web pages. My project is a mobile-based business solution. Smartphones are used by almost every individual in today's modern world. Therefore, I have used a different approach to the existing problem and this is making it easier for people to avail the handy services at their fingertips and also expand the business of companies running "Fixing Services" through a mobile application that It is simpler and easier to handle. The Rawah app provides a solution through features distinct from existing “device apps.” The available literature has been extensively searched but nothing has been found that can provide complete equipment services on a single application. However, there are fixing services that provide applications but have a single domain category, for example there is a single application for Washing Machines and Car Mechanics, it does not include other features, to avail the services of an electrician customers will have to install a other application and so ON. This is hectic and also requires more storage memory. Rawah project has all Fixture services in one application, so it requires less storage memory and is very simple to manage.
