What I learned most from this course is that starting a business can be a lot more challenging than expected. I had no idea marketing was such an intense focus on a new business. My suggestions for improving the course are that this course is related, generally I would have many comments on how to improve a course; however, I think this course is well adapted. I will be able to use the customer relations, negotiation and sales from this course for my career or life because people tend to respond to the actions of others with similar actions, as social science research has found. If others cooperate with us and treat us with respect, we tend to respond in kind. If they seem cautious and competitive, chances are we will behave that way too.
