In 1950, when no country was ready to support China, Pakistan was among the few countries to recognize the People's Republic of China as an independent sovereign state. We have had a very close relationship ever since. Say no to plagiarism. Get a tailor-made essay on "Why Violent Video Games Shouldn't Be Banned"? Get Original Essay Pakistan and China have been friends for a long time now and now they are taking the situation to another level. They support each other through thick and thin. In March 2018, I visited the northern areas of Pakistan, where I also visited the Khunjerab Pass (more commonly referred to as the Pak-China border). Setting foot in that place for the first time made me realize how close we are, and only a simple border is what separates us. I sat there with my friend for quite some time, deep in thought. Simple but agitated thoughts took over me. This visit convinced me to decide to visit China now. I wanted to stay there a little longer, but since my group was leaving, I had to. In college I had been learning Chinese for a semester now, but I didn't realize its importance until I took this tour. I had learned a lot about it, but I still didn't have the fluency. After this tour, and after my semester break ended, I went to university, they made us move to HSK 2 as we had passed HSK 1. But this time for me it wasn't just a course but a language, a desire to go to China and its language is the most important part, so I became really passionate and enthusiastic in learning because I really wanted to visit China and meet Chinese people and know their views. I wanted to know whether or not we share the same opinions and in their language, and this was only possible if I knew Chinese well. My university had an exchange program with China in June, I showed up for the interview but since I didn't have the passport and I couldn't even submit it in the required time because I didn't have the CNIC which was another main requirement for the passport, I didn't I was selected. I cried a lot, my parents did not let me lose hope, they said that I will have more chances, but I really wanted to take the chance. But luckily, my best friend was selected and participated in this 14 days tour, I was really happy because now she could answer my questions, she is the person I can count on for everything. Of course, some questions remained a mystery because not everything could be discussed, but I was really happy to get answers for 80% of my questions. In those 14 days, I would have face-to-face time with her every day, in fact three or more times a day, every time she went to the streets, she would show me what China was like. Hundreds of times I asked her to stop a stranger and talk and she did and to our surprise the people there are so kind they talk so cheerfully. Sometimes he would ask how they felt about the friendship between Pakistan and China and surprisingly they always answered the question like we do. The traditional food, culture and everything seemed so different from Pakistan, yet being able to maintain such healthy relationships was a real surprise to us. “It doesn't necessarily matter whether friends belong to your caste or color, friends are relatives with different blood,” this is what we realized after seeing this strong bond between the two countries. CPEC is another major achievement of these two countries, trade has become become much easier. This special relationship between Pakistan and China is of considerable importance as we have also signed numerous agreements. We owe China a debt of thanks for.
