There are many social media platforms in today's world, but only those few are successful those who take care of all seven aspects of the experience user. All these aspects play an important role in deciding the fate of the product. In today's world there are many social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Googleplus, LinkedIn, Pinterest and many more. They offer a variety of features. UsabilityUsability means that the product must be easy to use. Users should beable to easily use the product and achieve their goal in a short time. Product functionality should be kept as simple as possible. It should not be made complex. For example, the basic function of the air conditioner is to control the temperature of the room in which it is placed. Therefore the function control should only affect basic functions such as temperature increase/decrease, on/off and timer. Hundred control options are not required, as this only leads to complexity and the user cannot even use the product correctly. This will lead to frustration and people will move to other platforms. FindableFindable means that the product must be easy to find whenever we want to use it. It also makes the products more usable by the user in a wide range of circumstances, environments and conditions. For example, with accessible newspapers people with different types of disabilities should be able to receive news. A blind person should be able to hear the news, a deaf person should be able to read the news, a handicapped person should be able to receive the news easily without making many movements. With accessibility, more and more users can benefit from the product. FacebookFacebook is a popular social media platform. First, Facebook was only released as a website. After some time, its Android and iOS apps were launched. He can be considered the pioneer of the social media era. Its user interface is blue in color, which is very soothing to the eyes. The first thing we see when we enter the website is the news feed. Here we can see all the posts of our friends. All features are easily found. Facebook caters to almost every aspect of user experience. It is useful as it fulfills all the features of social media. We can easily connect with our friends. We can add friends to the friends list by clicking the Add Friend button, but alsothe other person must accept your friend request in order to receive updates from your profile. Facebook Messenger is a very popular feature as we can easily send messages to our friends from our mobile phone. If someone sends us a message, a speech bubble with the sender's profile picture will appear, so you don't need to open the app separately. We just need to click on the speech bubble and we can chat with friends immediately. Thus, making it easier to use. Facebook tracks user activity and uses the data to target advertisements. There are too many ads which make it annoying. Therefore it cannot be considered credible. Most people say that Facebook is desirable because there is too much freedom on Facebook. We can share more types of posts on it. We can also share links within it, which makes it beneficial for those who want to promote their own websites or blogs. We can also share YouTube videos. It also creates personalized messages for us on various occasions that make people feel connected to it. This connection makes it valuable. Make videos for our birthday and other different occasions. However, Facebook's desirability has declined in recent years due to the release of many other social media platforms. It is mainly used as a photo and video sharing platform. There are many interesting features for editing users' photos and videos. We can add various filters and tags to our posts. At the bottom there are 5 icons representing different features. We can access it easily from there. It is useful, usable and available.
