Some of the milestones that were supposed to be achieved by the end of the semester, such as reading inspiring books, were not completed. The planned schedule for reading motivational literature was too crowded and I only accomplished half of what I had planned. I am currently not a good leader as I often tend to shy away from leadership roles such as being a team leader in a group.
