Since my family has an obesity problem, I try to eat whole foods as much as possible. Growing up my family had a tendency to eat out a lot, but now that I'm older I try to avoid processed foods. Every time I have the chance to walk further by parking further away at stores, taking the stairs, or playing Pokemon Go, I take advantage of it. This is also in addition to regular exercise. I take mental health very seriously along with alcoholism; Depression also runs in my family. I always try to find time to relax and work on setting goals and have time alone for my thoughts. I feel like a lot of people get depressed due to prolonged stress. I try to take time every day to relax by myself and also to talk about any problems I'm having with my husband. My husband and I both love to communicate as much as possible about both of ours
