In the Kennon family it was said that many family members were and are hoarders, a great example I have seen of this is my grandmother Dorris Kennon, I asked her if she knew she was a hoarder and she said “yes” and I asked her why, she told me that she “always feels like something is perfectly fine and one day she might need that item.” I then asked her when she started feeling this way and she said "when I was a child there were so many of us that I always felt like I didn't understand things, so when I found something I liked I held on to it, it started with combs and brushes and then it just became more things, when all my family members were looking for something, they asked me first if I had seen it and 9 times out of 10 I had (D.
