In a hospital setting, a newly graduated nurse is analogous to a brute. Bullying has become an accepted part of the hospital's organizational culture just as wildling oppression was the norm in Westeros. Jon Snow has bravely taken on the responsibility of ending oppression and uniting wildlings and southerners so they can work together to survive the winter. In the hospital, older nurses must be taught to change their ways and accept new nurses. New and old nurses working together to create a positive environment is the only way for the hospital to survive and achieve Magnet status. By encouraging mentorship and modeling for others, the Starks would unite experienced nurses and new nurses so they can work together effectively toward the common goal of high-quality patient care and Magnet status. Anyone who opposes this unification should be dealt with quickly to prevent further unification
