I have been working in healthcare for more than 5 years. About 2 years ago, I began working for HealthSpan, an integrated healthcare facility aimed at improving the health and well-being of employees, families and communities throughout Ohio and providing insurance products for groups and individuals. Since this was my opportunity to finally learn the insurance side of the healthcare industry, I took a risk.
