Have you ever watched a film with special effects? The films referred to may be suspenseful or action-packed films with special effects including explosions, stunts or virtual characters. This is the creation and work of a multimedia artist/animator - they bring fun and excitement to movies and games every day. Some multimedia artists work on films, cartoons, and video games. A multimedia artist creates special effects on a computer and places the object into a movie or game. Another task that multimedia artists/animators are very skilled at is special effects, they can perform explosions or animate images that seem unrealistic. Thanks to their abilities, they can adjust the lighting, illuminate the scene and make Superman fly simply by fine-tuning the graphics of a scene to make it realistic. Multimedia artists don't just focus on creating graphics and animation with computer programs, they create special effects referred to as 'FX' along with editing footage to make it more realistic, the more realistic a film is, the more a multimedia artist was probably involved in making that movie or game a success(“Multimedia”...USpara.9) . Additionally, multimedia artists work on developing storyboards that outline scenes from a movie or game ("Multimedia"...USpara.10). The multimedia artist also works with a team of animators to complete special tasks with projects involving the different forms of the numerous films or games known today ("Multimedia"...USpara.9). They also do research for upcoming projects to see if they can add value to upcoming productions (“Multimedia”..USpara.9). Multimedia artists must also be creative and have artistic talent ("Multimedia"...USpara.22). One of the specific jobs for multimed... half the paper... the company would be lost without their talent and skills. They are the ones who create that feeling of people hanging with bated breath waiting for the next release of a new product, which leaves us wanting to know more.
