In Texas when you get your license you have the option to check whether you want to be an organ donor or not. If you choose not to and you happen to die, a doctor can't go into your body and harvest your organs for someone who is alive and needs a heart. A corpse, which most people believe is just a dead bone. The person who isn't there has no more rights than a woman has in Texas. Even if their organs were usable and healthy, they could not go to a living, saving person without consent. Women have fewer rights to bodily autonomy than corpses, which brings me to my next point. Life occurs at conception and abortion is murder. Between the moment of conception and division the cluster of cells is called a zygote. From then until the eighth week it is called an embryo. This "life" consists only of cells and therefore resembles a tadpole. It is not compatible with life at this stage, and according to 2012 CDC reports, 73.2% of miscarriages occurred during the eighth week and beyond. There is no way this "baby" could survive even with a detectable heartbeat, it is the mother who keeps it alive. The next popular point about abortion is adoption; women should simply give the baby up for adoption. Yes, that would be ideal, but most women choose abortion because they have no other resources.
