There is always something that people don't know about a country, or something happens that you would never expect. Well this is how it is in Tibet, no one would expect these types of potentially lethal events to happen. Many different problems occur in Tibet today. These problems range from disagreements over religion to people being beaten and killed for things they say or do. With all of these types of issues there are a couple of specific violations that should be addressed. Each of these human rights violations should be given great consideration. Although many more violations occur in Tibet, the three choices for research seem the most tragic. The breathtaking human rights violations observed in Tibet are getting progressively worse every year. Everyone should care about Tibet and its people because Tibetan people are no longer given freedom of religion, freedom of speech and also have to deal with police brutality. In Tibet people have been deprived of the freedom to obtain whatever religion they choose, this being the result of people becoming more individualized. In 1989 Chinese officials defied the Dalai Lama by denying any Tibetan culture or beliefs. The violations occurred according to patterns that follow the Chinese strategy aimed at erasing all Tibetan culture (China forces madness...). Human rights experts were advised to provide greater protection to ethnic groups (Ching). Some studies have found evidence that Tibetans have actually chosen not to practice any religion.
