This is also because marketers introduce these credit cards and make their customers believe that this is why they are forced to have one. Furthermore Terriljo (2013) stated that there were many attractive offers, benefits and discounts for a credit card holder. It also says that credit card holders will enjoy purchase protection, extended warranty, easy installment plans, and insurance packages, which is why Filipinos really wanted to have one.
