Reducing the Problem of Working Hours We are human beings and we need to work in return to earn money, so we can fully satisfy our needs in daily life. Americans have been at the forefront of the job market for several years. Our economy is not doing well right now. People have the right to choose work differently, regardless of blue-collar work or white-collar work. According to Amna Coote, reducing the working week to 30 hours is a problem because wages are too low, but wage earners have no salary problems.
