It tackles a lot of real life issues that many other series don't mention at all, it almost felt like it was an "uncensored" version of Friends or Stein Field. The two main episodes I focused on were the “Ladies and Gentlemen” episode and “Parents.” In the episode Ladies and Gentlemen the main focus of the episode was to discuss the issue of inequality and the problems that everyone seemed to be going through at the time. There were some scenes that gave obvious depiction of binaries and conversations that were pretty much just examples of appropriation during this episode, which is why I ended up choosing it as one of my episodes to talk about since it was pretty much an homage. Now, the other one was by far my favorite episode. It pretty much tells the story of both characters in this episode and shows how much they had to do to get started and get to where they are at the current point in the show. Just as gender, race, and sexual orientation begin to become less defined, it seemed to me that this too happens in a more complex way. For example, the way they grew up to be very different from their parents and the life they live now is seemingly new and wasn't there before.
