These highly skilled employees may command a higher rate, making things even more difficult for a business owner. Therefore, an individual must gain experience and knowledge through minimum wage; furthermore, a worker with more experience has a better chance of getting a better position with a higher income. Furthermore, education is a fundamental stage in the life of every individual in which the roots of success lie; a well-educated individual might have a larger window of success and a job that gives him or her a comfortable life. The U.S. economy could be hurt by a minimum wage increase. Additionally, restaurant chain owners could look into technological improvements to prevent workers' wages from rising.
