The city of Manchester is built in which; the rich and the poor are separated. Rich people, sometimes called “bourgeois,” can live their lives without coming into contact with workers. There are unspoken rules that working class neighborhoods are separated from the middle class or the wealthy. The commercial district is in the center of Manchester and includes offices and warehouses. The poor live behind the shopping center and their homes are located in an environment harmful to their health, as evidenced by the possibility of using dirty water from Irk. There the houses are covered in earth, you can see broken windows and there is also a bad smell. The rich, on the other hand, live "in remote villas with gardens, in the free and healthy air of the countryside, in beautiful and comfortable houses". Vocabulary describing conditions Friedrich Engels discovered in 1844 the conditions in which the working class lives in England. He described Manchester as having an unpleasant temper when visiting the neighbourhood. He pointed out that if a person passes through the main road, he ends up in disgusting filth and filth (page 2, paragraph 3). It also states that the courts are very dirty and "inhabitants can enter and exit the court passing through stagnant pools of stagnant urine and excrement" (page 3, paragraph 1). Engels states that under the Ducie bridge «there are several tanneries which fill the whole neighborhood with the stench of animal putrefaction (page 3, paragraph 1). He also adds: "When the weather is dry, on this shore is left a long series of loathsome pools of slime, dark green in color, from the depths of which bubbles of miasmatic gas constantly emerge" (p. 3, paragraph 2). He illustrates: “Under the bridge you look at the pile… in the middle of the paper… the graduates and if they are graduates, they are unemployed. Our economy is not in good shape and there are many layoffs in many companies. So how can these people find work if the economy is not doing well? How could they help themselves? As far as I'm concerned, I believe the government is to blame for not using our country's budget wisely. For example, they used a lot of money in the war against Iraq causing budget deficits. As a result, many people and families are affected and suffering. The government should think carefully about ways to improve our economy, such as raising taxes on the rich. They should also think carefully about which projects to cut and where fewer people would suffer. If the economy improves immediately, we will avoid layoffs and more jobs will be provided. More jobs mean more opportunities to help the homeless.
