I was able to evaluate how well I achieved my classroom goals through my practices by interviewing my students at the beginning and end of the year and seeing the changes and differences in how in which they respond. Additionally, I was able to reflect on my students' success and decide whether I positively influenced and inspired them to give one hundred percent at all times and whether this showed both academically and socially. I could also contemplate my feelings and decide whether my goals were being achieved and whether the teaching approaches and practices I was using were effective enough to reach my students. Potentially, class discussion may not be as successful in making a difference in my students as it previously was with other students. For example, the reading Designing for Technology Enhanced Activity to Support Learning by Joshua A. Denmark (2013) discusses implementing educational technologies in different circumstances and situations and the different approaches to doing so successfully. However, with these different ways of assessment that I have described, I can be sure that my goals are achieved and that my teaching practices are suitable for my students, my class and my students.
