Introduction:In ancient times, men were responsible for financial support and women were responsible for raising children and housework. However, society has changed, family structure has changed and the roles of members have changed. In today's world women are more independent and more educated, a woman works to help her husband and family. In this world we try to have equal rights and responsibilities between men and women. When a woman works she may choose to get married and have children later. When she decides to have that child, her life will change because she will have to find a balance between motherhood and being a feminist. Many people believe that a woman cannot be a feminist and a mother at the same time; must be a feminist or a mother. For some people, being a mother means losing: a loss of power, freedom, opportunity and ability to determine and define oneself. I believe women can find a balance between work and being a mother. Every mother can work hard to enter the workforce and still be a mother. If a woman is a mother this does not mean she should lose her identity as a working person and simply stay at home and raise her children. Women can find a balance between being a mother and working. Women can continue their careers and be a great working mother. This is feminist motherhood, which is a balance between being a feminist and a mother. It empowers women and allows them to influence the social changes they seek for themselves, their children and the world at large. Feminist motherhood redefines maternal labor as a political and social act. This is a big difference from traditional motherhood which limits motherhood to private care in a local sphere.
