This ever-changing business world requires organizations to recognize the best approaches to staying competitive and achieving organizational success. Many companies find that downsizing and outsourcing are the best solutions when they run into trouble, thus destroying the organization's culture and the motivation of the current workforce. Another way organizations are realizing they are effective is by developing an organizational motivation plan and turning employees into a key resource to achieve organizational goals. The scope of this document includes the organizational motivation plan for my company that produces small widgets. Although there is high revenue and growth potential, costs and delivery times have increased due to low product quality. The motivation plan is to promote high job satisfaction, high productivity and high-quality work, as well as low employee turnover. Additionally, methods for motivating all employees, including minimum wage workers, are discussed, as well as examining the importance of individualism and teamwork. The final part of the report contains proposed recommendations to improve the company's growth and profitability. Organizational Motivation Plan The internal power of humanity that drives him towards performance in the organization is motivation. Motivation is demonstrated and measured by a number of theories and these explain the reasons why people behave in certain ways. As mentioned above, smart management does not just outsource or reduce the workforce, but looks for other more effective ways to increase the productivity of the workforce by analyzing and choosing better approaches. Conclusion The company's common purpose and objectives are achieved through teamwork of workers at every level. When a modern and highly adaptive motivational plan is created, the company can compete strongly in today's complex business environment. Long-term success comes from employee satisfaction, engagement, high-quality service and their positive attitude towards the company itself and these can be shaped by developing an effective organizational motivation plan.
