Everyone has their own choices in foods and eats different things at different times. Even in the same family, someone might want pizza for dinner, someone a Subway sandwich, and someone Mexican food. In such a situation where everyone in the family wants to eat different things at the same time; you may end up spending a lot of time perusing different food menus, calling different restaurants, placing separate orders, and waiting for all the orders to be delivered so the whole family can eat together. Wouldn't it be great if we had one place where you could order all your food from your favorite restaurants? Yes, it would be. I am going to propose this business idea where a famous/upscale restaurant would be registered. Customers will be able to view the menu of all restaurants and place a single order of their interest and receive delivery at the same time. Customers would have the option to order via phone or online. This is my EZ delivery line. Business Planning Goals I am always fascinated by the restaurant industry. I believe this is the most popular activity in the world as food is one of the basic necessities of human life. Opening a restaurant is not child's play for anyone. There are so many challenges that you would have to overcome, especially when you are new to the world of business planning. Research/study the area (city) where I would like to start this business. Create informative data on the most popular restaurants in the area. Pitch/market the EZ delivery line idea to every restaurant. Make registration convenient for them by offering them an interesting business proposal. Advertise the EZ Delivery Line, including launch details, in local newspapers and television channels to draw the attention of everyday consumers to this new home delivery service.
